General Information

The COST Action IMMUNO-model CA21135 aims to foster research and innovation in preclinical immuno-oncology models with the ultimate goal of advancing the treatment of cancer patients by improving their outcomes and quality of life. IMMUNO-model will bring together European researchers from diverse sectors (academia, clinical, industry) with the common goal of establishing a Network that endorses immuno-oncology research by specifically promoting the sharing, standardization and application of immunotherapy preclinical models.

The IMMUNO-model Third Annual Conference is a hybrid event.
Registration is free (conference materials, refreshments and drinks during coffee breaks will be provided. Only lunches and social dinner will have a fee).
Registration is open to both IMMUNO-model members and non-members
Links for virtual attendance will be provided to registered attendees.
Each attending representative from your institution/company must register separately.

abstract submission

The deadline for abstract submission is 15th March 2025.
Decision and notification of Abstract presentation acceptance: 11th April 2025.
Speakers and abstract presenters will be eligible for travel reimbursement subject to budget availability.
Priority will be given to IMMUNO-model COST Action members.
Successful participants will be notified.

Use the enclosed pre-set Abstract form (A4). The settings are given in parentheses.

Font type is Times New Roman.
Margins are: top 3 cm, bottom 3 cm, left 3 cm, right 3 cm.
Type the title (bold, 14 pts).
Leave the blank line (normal, 12 pts).
Type the full name of authors (first name, middle name, family name)(normal, 12 pts), underline the name of the presenting author.
Use Arabic numbers in superscript in the case of different institutional affiliations of the authors.
Leave the blank line (normal, 12 pts).
Type the address or addresses with the appropriate reference numbers in front of them (italic, 12 pts).
Leave the blank line (normal, 12 pts).
Type the text of the abstract in single-spaced form (normal, 12 pts). All text must fit on one page.

STEP 2 – Abstract submission

The name and the presenting author’s email address must be provided below when submitting the abstract.

Where will the conference take place?

The IMMUNO-model Third Annual Conference takes place on the 13th and 14th May 2025.
Registration of participants begins on Tuesday, May 13, from 8:30 am.
The venue of the conference is the University of Warsaw Biological and Chemical Research Centre.
Żwirki i Wigury 101 str, 02-089 Warsaw.
The conference will take place in Aula C on the ground floor.
